Registration
Registration fees are configured by participant category. Local fees are charged in Ghana cedis; international participant fees are charged in US dollars.
Post-graduate students/Alumni: GHS 500
UENR staff: GHS 500
Local non-students: GHS 700 early bird, GHS 1,000 regular
International participants: USD 300
Online Registration
All in-person attendees must confirm their attendance by completing the online registration form. Prior to their arrival.
On site Registration
Walk-in registration and the collection of official conference credentials will be available from 30 September 2026 at the designated registration desk within the conference venue.
Venue Access
For security and logistical purposes, possession of a valid official conference ID is strictly mandatory for access to all conference sessions, plenary halls, and restricted areas. Participants are advised to wear their badges visibly at all times.
